Our Up Spiral for cutting Aluminium has a special slow helix spiral and a super high polished cutting edge, to provide a superior surface finish and longer tool life. The polished edge results in clean cuts, with less chance for aluminium chip re-welding. It also increases feed rates, allowing for longer length routed in less time.

Using the highest quality sub-micrograin carbide these bits have a special proprietary edge processing system featuring a super high polished cutting edge with a unique “mirror finish” resulting in clean cuts, less chance for chip re-welding, a superior surface finish and a longer tool life.
